Wasted Youth is created by a group of writers and artists that believe that there needs to be an alternative to the crappy over-censored magazines produced for youth. We said “if we are gonna start a magazine...” "then we will write about stuff that we think is really cool, not what someone else tells us is cool just so that readers will buy their stupid product!" We have proven our loyalty to the music and the art by producing the first 4 issues with ALMOST NO ADVERTISING, meaning we invested tons of our own dollars into this thing that we believe in, without compromising our ethics, or having our vision distorted by corporations with their own agendas. Moving forward you may see more advertising in our pages to help cover our budgets, but rest assured, the stories and the commitment is still there! If we begin doing this only for the money, then Wasted Youth will cease to exist.

You may not like everything that we will write about, but hopefully you will find something in our pages that you may not have thought about or seen before, and also some crap just to waste your time or make you laugh.
